In winter, the vehicle running on the road are often trapped in the snow. To help vehicles to run on the snow safely, people usually use the following devices (Figure 1 and Figure 2). However , setting up these devices are very time-consuming. To save people's time, we design an Umbrella-shaped anti-skid multifunctional device that is installed on the wheels to help vehicles run safely on the snow (Figure 3).
